Development Overview:

In July 2018, Michigan State University (MSU) issued a request for proposal to develop the Grand Rapids Research Center site aiming to provide modern rentable spaces for MSU and other stakeholders that will support the MSU research and healthcare innovation cycle. The Sponsor won the proposal in 2019 and executed a 75-year ground-lease with one 20-year extension with the MSU Board of Trustees in May 2019. Phase II was completed in Q3 2023.
