Jacob is an Analyst for the development branch of Murphy Real Estate Services with focus on the net lease sector, Jacob also does work in projects in various other asset classes. Jacob’s recent work has centered on supporting the growth of Murphy Development Group’s net lease portfolio, with a focus on acquisitions, development, financial analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin. Before joining Murphy Development Group, he gained valuable experience at Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he worked on valuation analysis for multifamily and senior housing assets within the BREIT and BREP funds.
