Deirdre oversees the project management of Murphy Real Estate Service’s development branch, including renovation and new construction projects in the hospitality, mixed-use, and residential sectors. Deirdre manages projects from the due diligence phase through design, construction, and close out. Deirdre has experience ranging across project and construction management, financial modeling and budgets, land use planning, zoning and entitlements, contracts, leases, utility coordination/upgrades, and has worked on developments both in the US and internationally. Deirdre earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan and a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University. Prior to joining the Murphy RES team, Deirdre was Director of Development at Albion Residential.
